Staff was super helpful and polite, and the room was very clean, exactly as shown in the website pictures. Breakfast was good, but it was exactly same on both days, so could do with some variety, But enjoyed the breakfast.

Lots of electricity plugs with USB charging ports at the correct places that comes very handy if your charger is not UK plug. Very clean & very spacious. Staff very friendly and polite. Highly Recommended !!

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Oxford Street and public transport. The room is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but was exactly what we wanted, you can pay extra for a hot breakfast. Perfect hotel hope to come back again. The stairs to the room are steep, it didn't bother us, but those who have difficulty with stairs should take this into account.
